What we do differently
There are three ways to clean a dryer vent and one of them works.
The quarter-hour method is a blower or shop vac aimed down the opening. Loose material at either end shifts, the compacted section in the middle stays put, and an invoice gets written. Your dryer carries on needing two cycles.
The single-ended method works a brush in from the appliance only. Adequate on a short straight run. On thirty feet with three bends it achieves very little, because the brush never reaches the back half.
What we do is come at it from both directions. Outside first with the machine left running, so its own exhaust carries whatever we loosen out through the cap rather than letting it drop back into the run. Then inside, power off and the appliance drawn away from the wall, brush into the vent and the freed material vacuumed out of the cavity.
A long route with several bends gets both ends. A short straight one does not, and we say so rather than invent work.

We know Ahwatukee houses
This is the part a company covering the whole Valley cannot manage.
Say Lakewood and we are already expecting a roof termination on a run spending most of its allowance on bends. Say Club West and we are thinking about what the dust off that dead course has been doing to the screen cavity. Say the original streets and we bring extra bags, because fifty years in an eight-foot run produces something people photograph. Say custom hillside and we are planning to trace it rather than guess.
Somebody servicing four hundred square miles discovers your configuration once they are standing in the room, long after the number was agreed.
The price is the price
$99 for a standard vent with roof access in it. $98 each for the two optional extras. All of it sits on the pricing page where anybody can read it before ringing.
Most of this trade will not publish a figure, and it is not because the job is unpredictable. A number given in your laundry room, once the appliance is out and the afternoon is gone, is worth more than one given on the phone. We would sooner lose the call.

What we will not tell you
The trade has a reputation and some of it is earned.
Nobody here invokes fire risk to push an extra. Restricted ducts genuinely do carry that risk and the NFPA figures sit on several of these pages, but as background rather than leverage. We will not describe a fault inside a wall neither of us can see. And if the checks say the duct is clear, you get told it is the appliance instead of a bill for cleaning something that did not need it.
If rigid transition duct is already fitted and sound, you do not need the $98 upgrade and you will hear that standing right there.
The proof is on your floor
Nothing gets certified at the end of this job. What exists is the material pulled out of your duct, left where you can look straight at it.
It is the crudest possible verification and the only one worth anything, because a glance tells you whether $99 changed something. Every photograph on this site is that moment on an actual job.

Questions
What happens when I ring?
You give us the street address and a date and time that suits you, and you go in the diary. The price comes on that call. No estimate visit and no sales call in between.
What hours?
7am to 8pm. Same-day is often possible if you catch us early in the day, and most bookings land inside the same week regardless.
Do I need to be there?
Yes. We need access to the appliance to uncouple it and work the run from that end, and you should be there at the finish when we show you what came out.
Do I have to move the dryer?
No. We unplug it, uncouple the hose and draw it out, then put it back and run it before leaving.
Will the price move once you arrive?
It will not. $99 for a standard vent is what was quoted and what gets charged. If we open it up and find a genuine obstruction rather than ordinary buildup, we stop, show you, and quote that before doing anything.
What should I ask other companies?
Whether roof access is in the figure they just gave you. Most two-story homes here terminate through the tile, and the standard play is a low quote on the phone followed by a surcharge or a cancellation once they see the house.
Card accepted?
Yes, with a receipt by email or text if you need one.
